Wow, impressive! Can’t believe this is homemade! Authentic Taiwanese pineapple and moon cakes in gorgeous boxes! They are not just amazing to look at but also delicious !! Excellent gifts for someone who want to have authentic Taiwanese delicacies without needing to travel to Taiwan. The moon cake with lotus paste and yolk is perfect! You can see the layers of pastry which wrap around the lotus paste. The yoke has a hint of salty egg but not too strong. Just right. So good!
