Cannot fault the friendly staff and I’ve used Kane for the last 13-14 years but the 458s verges on dangerous, readings all over the place, constantly floods, probe cabling useless…so I wish I could have my 455 back but Kane wanted to overcharge me for its 10th service and charge me for a new pump (even though they had just fitted one to it under warranty, the answer they gave was I would still be charged even though it wouldn’t be replaced if it had already been renewed??)…as the analyser ages in the hope you upgrade, a real shame as the 455 is way better than the 458s that gives random and inaccurate readings on gas appliances!!!!Not Safe. They have sent a second one to try and again within 5 minutes on the first boiler today it required repurging!!…not fit for purpose I’m afraid.

On this is just such unusual great service. Posted my analyser yesterday to Kane for its annual service. Received a message this morning it was due for delivery at 10am. A couple of hours later Kane messaged me to say analyser has been received and the service has been completed and it’s on its way back!! Great service like this is so rare nowadays. Thank you Kane for looking after your customers. It’s is so very much appreciated.

My FGA has gone missing in the post as it was being sent for recalibration - A lovely chap called 'Mo' - on the phone has been an absolute legend and has agreed to send me out a FGA on loan - Till they can find my Analyser (Kane 458s) Word of advice - Please take pictures of all your parcels and serial numbers of your devices before you send them off! Not Kane's fault but I didn't think they would be able to send me out a Loan!

Not only are the staff the most helpful staff I've come across, but the speed of the service, the communication from kane about receiving, repaired and dispatched. The the little extras that they didn't have to do. Free postage, new kane rechargeable batteries, a new printer roll and new tabs. What a service
