Kandeez Dance School, doesn’t feel like a dance school, it feels like a home! I have been there for around 12 years now, where the experiences, teachers and other pupils have helped me grow as a person. I couldn’t possibly put into words how much the dance school has pushed me in the correct direction as an individual. Not only has it allowed me to feel a purpose and have something to look forward too, but the environment it encounters; as soon as the classes start to as soon as it finishes, it is always great! Along the way challenges are always thrown at you, with the help of excellent teachers, they are always there for you to push you to the best of your ability! I will always recommend Kandeez Dance School, if my mum hadn’t made that choice of taking me to my first class… I wouldn’t have found my passion, happiness and so much more!

I don't know where to begin. My daughter has been a part of Kandeez since she was young, and it has been a huge part of her life. Michelle has always been professional. She sets high standards with uniform and how it works and I wouldn't want it any other way, as it taught my daughter discipline, resilience and continuity. The shows are phenomenal and I know how hard Michelle and her team works at the time, and for months ahead. The classes are inclusive and fun. The teachers are wonderful and any missed lessons due to sickness/absence of the teacher are reliably picked up on at another time. Exam success rates are amazing. Such top quality teaching. We adore Michelle and we adore Kandeez and all that it has given us as a family.

I have been dancing at Kandeez Dance for 13 years, since the age of 5. All of the teachers have been friendly, positive and incredibly supportive throughout my dance journey. As well as offering many opportunities that further increased my passion for dance. This includes dancing at the Waterside Theatre at several events/festivals and whole school dance shows. I was also given the opportunity to compete at regular dance competitions alongside many of my friends I have met whilst at Kandeez. I currently take classes in disco freestyle/rock n roll, ballet and commercial, Kandeez offers a wide variety of other styles too. Dancing at Kandeez has allowed my confidence to grow because of the positive and fun atmosphere that the teachers provide to each lesson. I have also learnt the importance of working as a team, especially when it comes to preparing for a show and working on choreography together. I would highly recommend Kandeez dance, being at Kandeez has nurtured my love for dance and inspired me to continue it as a career. It is such an encouraging place to dance at to improve your ability as well as to have fun!

A fantastic, professional and inspiring dance school, where you truly feel part of a family. Both my daughters, now aged 13 and 9, have thrived under the excellent training of the inspiring teachers and Principal of Kandeez. So many styles of dance to choose from (Ballet, Modern, Tap, Acro, Disco, RnR, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Commercial & Street), all lessons are fun, challenging and rewarding. Opportunities to be invited to train within the Competition Squad and audition for performance opportunities are a bonus and the bi-annual show at Aylesbury’s Waterside Theatre is an amazing opportunity for all dancers to take part in. Highly recommend this local dance school, where dancers are individually nurtured to reach their full potential in fun and inspiring weekly dance classes and exciting performance opportunities.

My daughter has been dancing with Kandeez for nearly 5 years, now doing ballet, tap and modern. She loves her teachers and especially the massive shows at Waterside theatre. Worked her way up the dance grades even during lockdown. Teachers are so good, really know their pupils and what they need. If only there was more days in the week to do more styles of dance!

I became a member of Kandeez at the age of 7. Throughout my time at the dance school, Michelle (who is the principal/founder of Kandeez Dance), and both Carla and Claire gave me so many opportunities. But, most of all, they helped to shape me into the person I am today. When I first started at Kandeez I was an extremely timid child. But with kindness, positivity and fun, very quickly, my confidence grew immensely and my love for dance blossomed every week. Not only was I taught respect, perseverance and how to take on constructive criticism from a young age, but I learned so many other valuable life skills along the way that I will always carry with me. I am currently training to be a primary school teacher and because of the opportunities that I was given at the dance school, I am able to transfer those skills to my job. I particularly take pride in choreographing dances for the school shows and I believe that dance will always be a part of my life. I am beyond grateful for the experiences Michelle, Carla and Claire gave to me as a pupil, and 15 years later I still remain a part of the Kandeez family, helping out where I can with events and keeping in touch with the wonderful and ever growing teaching team. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kandeez Dance to anyone, of any age, and of any ability who is looking for a fun and friendly dance school with opportunities to learn a variety of styles. To be a pupil at Kandeez means to thrive, learn, progress as an individual, but most of all, have lots of fun!

In these current unprecedented times and with so much uncertainty with jobs i fairly challenged some of the terms & conditions of the Kandeez agreement form as they are, imo, very onesided. I requested a call to discuss and was flatly told by email to agree to their t&cs or my daughter be removed from classes with immediate effect!! Michelle the owner is rude and abrupt in her manor and, imo, clearly as no interest in her customer views or opinions. Please read the t&cs in detail before sigining as they are very one sided. I have now taken my daughter to another class where friendliness and professionalism are a priority!!
