Contacted by email. To explain about issue with wax ordered as never had issue before with previous supplies as the style of wax now changed tried lots ways to stop frosting no luck..emailed got reply didn't really help with issue then not replied..again. lots others had same issue with other companies and they was given another wax to try or part refund but wasn't offered any help really just told others having same issue as well. Didn't think was Great customer service. Shame as puts off using again but fragrance oils smell nice
