I was unfortunately a victim of a burglary and gold items of jewellery were stolen. I went to Kanda Jewellers who were able to help me with replacing these items. They were extremely supportive and helped me through the whole process, reassuringly me throughout. I required a personalised necklace designing and the communication and ideas were outstanding. I was kept up to date with the design and they were happy to make minor changes with no issue. The end result was absolutely amazing. Mr Kanda and his son made every effort to replace the items as a perfect match. Even on a scheduled trip abroad, they shopped around to make sure I had similar earings to replace instead of having what was in store. They are extremely knowledgeable in their trade and there was a vast amount of jewellery items to choose from. The father and son duo are extremely professional and very friendly. I would most definitely recommend KANDA JEWELLERS if you want to purchase gold or watches from a sincere company. I look forward to purchasing my next items from them. Excellent customer service. Struggled to find a jewellers that sold Nattiyan in Leeds so searched for Indian jewellers in Birmingham and Kanda was the most helpful. Took the time out to show me a video of the earrings and answered all my questions efficiently. Also posted the earrings out to me via special delivery without any hassle. Would definitely recommend.
