I regretfully resided in this managed apartment building for an entire year, and I can confidently say that their management is utterly abysmal. Prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of frustration and disappointment if you choose to live here. One of the many problems I encountered was related to the dedicated parking space I paid an exorbitant £150 per month for. Imagine my shock and frustration when, one day, I found someone else occupying my rightfully assigned parking spot. Forced to park in a different free parking bay, I thought it was just a minor inconvenience. How wrong I was! Several months later, out of the blue, I received an outrageous £160 fine for daring to park in an available space that was not my assigned spot. The audacity! What's more infuriating is that the management acknowledged that the parking mishap was not my fault, yet they refuse to drop the unjust charges. It's clear that their main objective is to milk residents for every penny without any regard for fairness or decency. This establishment shamelessly preys on people, exploiting their customers' trust and hard-earned money. I cannot emphasize enough how much I discourage anyone from even considering staying at this apartment building. If you value your sanity and wish to avoid the never-ending stream of bureaucratic nonsense, I implore you to steer clear of this place. The management's utter lack of accountability and empathy is truly astonishing. They have perfected the art of ripping off unsuspecting tenants, leaving them with a sour taste in their mouths and an emptier wallet. Trust me when I say that you deserve far better treatment and respect as a tenant. Save yourself the agony, frustration, and unnecessary financial burden by seeking alternative accommodations. There are countless other options available that prioritize their residents' well-being and satisfaction. Spare yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place that genuinely values your time, money, and peace of mind.
