Hand over was swift and easy. Super prompt responses and answers to questions in lead up to rental as well. If you are considering using another rental set up think again. We have hired two California campers from Mark for two road trips, one around Scotland in 2021 and one around Wales in 2022. The experience from start to finish was effortless with Mark; he was always on hand to answer any questions and the vans have always been clean and very well presented. When collecting the vans, Mark has taken the time to show us around and explain the features.
