Just receved my new Air Kampa 400 then travelled 200 miles for a 4 day visit to Scotland. Opened up and attempted to inflate only to find an air valve stopper missing. I think you seriously need to scrutinise and amend your internal manufacture quality procedures. This item has never been tested before leaving despatch department.

First class service from Kampa, I contacted Customer Services and spoke with Lizzie as I had a problem with the main bladder of my Kampa 390 plus air awning. She was very friendly and dealt with my problem both efficiently and speedily. Although the orders had already been picked for the day she made sure that my order was dispatched and sent to the site that we were staying on. It arrived the next day, which meant that I could rectify the problem before leaving. A big thank you.

Be sure to buy the cotton fabric (inner lining) to catch the drops from the roof of the tent when condensation forms. 2. Limpet suction cups are not recommended, they break under stress and don't hold up well, we use another product that holds up better and is much cheaper. --------- Bought a Kampa Air 260 for our mobile home from the company "Megastore Freistaat Sulzemoos" in mid-August 2019. Used three times so far and very satisfied. With kind regards to UK 🙋‍♂️🌞 (Original) Update Ende August 2020 Sehr zufrieden mit dem Zelt, jedoch 2 Dinge die uns wichtig erscheinen. 1. Den Baumwollstoff (Innenhimmel) unbedingt dazu kaufen, fängt die Tropfen vom Dach des Zeltes bei Kondenswasserbildung auf. 2. Limpet Saugnäpfe sind nicht empfehlenswert, diese brechen unter Belastung und halten nicht gut, wir haben ein anderes Produkt im Einsatz, welches besser hält und viel günstiger ist. --------- Mitte August 2019 bei der Firma "Megastore Freistaat Sulzemoos" ein Kampa Air 260 für unser Wohnmobil gekauft. I want to love the kampa rally air pro 390 plus but it leaks like a sieve. The design is amazing but the execution is shoddy. When I complained they sent waterproofing spray which I used... and on the next trip it leaked again multiple times. I let them know and haven’t even heard from them a month later! Poor quality item and poor customer service.
