I was having engine problems so my local garage recommended KAM. I really wish they hadn’t. If I could give a zero star rating it is only what this company deserves. Initially I was given an estimate of £7000 + vat to repair the engine which made it uneconomical. After deciding not to go ahead I was told I would need to pay £720 for labour. At no point had I received a written quotation beforehand or given authorisation. The car was returned to me with engine parts in the boot, footwells and on both front seats. I am extremely angry and frustrated with KAM. They have left my car in an utter mess and I feel cheated. They are a disgrace to the motor trade and to any customer looking for an honest company to trust Service: Auto engine diagnostic
