I tried to contact this agency five times regarding viewing, and I send them emails to communicate with them regarding commercial unit in Clapham Junction, but I didn’t have any response when my colleague sent them an email with a European name you got respond even though he’s send an email after me this is a joke Company they filter you depend on your name after seeing the reviews it looks like they don’t care about the reputation. If I were you just avoid not professional at all

First time looking for a flat. No one turned up. I had to call up to find out what was happening. They never confirmed the viewing with the flat, tbh seemed like they didn't know what was going on. Said I would consider seeing the flat if I someone else higher up and more competent would liaise with me. Was told the person I was speaking to was the branch manager...Wouldn't recommend. If they can't keep on top of the most basic things, doesn't bode well
