    Hi, I do not normally write this but I had to. I think Jo had been of great help. I had to get a logo printed which I did not have much idea on. Jo advised me on size and the types of diff printed that can be done. The printing is perfect. Later , I also wanted to get lamination done last min to which she was kind enough to incorporate it in her busy schedule. I really do appreciate it :) Thank you and definitely would recommend.

    I recently ran an event in the City and needed some last-minute printing: branded name cards and hand-outs. I have used Kall Kwik at other London locations before, and they have always been reliable, so I gave the City branch a call. Jo, who took my call, could not have been more helpful. The deadline was tight, so she quickly took my brief, sent me a quote, helped me to adjust my artwork and had the job printed and ready to collect later the same day. She even followed up a few days later to see how the event had gone and if there was any feedback for her. This was not a high value job for Kall Kwik, but they treated me as a valued customer and they did a great job! As such, I can thoroughly recommend the City branch and I'll definitely use them again!

    Hostile responses on the phone. I called to ask for the prices of regular small amount A4 printing and was told there's a minimum charge of £6. So I asked how much would it cost to print each B&W and coloured page, to see if I could gather enough pages to print. He kept asking exactly how many pages I need printed and was NOT willing to give me the prices. Editing in response to the business - Thank you for explaining it's good to know what the issue was but it would've been more helpful to have said that on the phone instead of saying that I was incomprehensible and sent me to your neighbour printing company. The free printing is a kind gesture I appreciate it but I won't be needing it anymore.
