I contacted Kall Kwik to have them design and host my jewellery website at a considerable expense. Since the launch of the website I had very low hit rates on my site whereas non-web sales have been good. I have contacted Kall Kwik on several occasions to discuss this but have received no helpful advice or assistance. In fact they have simple closed down the site instead of engaging in a discussion I expected that a local company would be keen to support local business. I am extremely disappointed with the (lack of) service provided and cannot recommend Kall Kwik. It has been an expensive experience that I will not wish on anyone. GlitzoJ
