Clive Crail, Director of Kalibre Kitchens, carried out the project management himself. He is very competent and thorough and so all aspects of the project management were done to a very high standard. A detailed breakdown of what to expect on each day of the installation and the names of the tradesmen who would be involved on that day was provided several weeks in advance. All tradesmen turned up at either the appointed time or, with our consent, earlier and so the project was completed within the 3-week timescale agreed. Clive has an excellent relationship with the workforce and he monitored the progress of the work regularly and carefully. Examples of the materials used, such as cupboard carcasses, back panels, hinges, runners for drawers and cupboard doors were shown to us in advance and were all of the highest standard that could be expected. In a nutshell, all aspects of the job including project management, quality of materials and workmanship met or exceeded my expectations.
