If you are just going to buy alcohol, then maybe use this shop. I needed to return a couple of things to Amazon. I have never used this system which is self service. One of the guys was polite and fairly helpful. The attendant who deals with Hermes/Amazon was downright rude and arrogant. So I will never use that shop!!
