Our table was so dirty, not wiped clean before sitting down had hair all over it and dried up sauces. The chopsticks , stack of plastic cups and plates were dirty. Under the table was so sticky my feet were sticking to the floor. Waitress was speaking so fast we didn’t even understand what we were ordering. We decided to leave before being served the food as we were scared to eat it.

The quality is not what it was several years ago. In the BBQ choices, the 'A' meats are great quality and flavour, but the unlimited 'B' choices are okay to good, and to be honest the bulgogi not that well flavoured. In terms of the sides and starters, I will say that the bibimbap and the pancakes are great. The fried chicken choices are fine to good but the sauces are not the most authentic. Not the best kbbq for traditional Korean fair but for sure you will not leave hungry.

Really good food. Went for a birthday and had a really good time. Only complaint the group had was that the waitress kept turning of the grill and then it took forever to cook the meat cause we had to wait for it to warm up all over again.

Great little find in London, a wonderful dining concept. Only gripe is we had a quite a bit of food left over and asked if we could have packed to take home. We were told by the waitress they don't let food be taken away and it'll be thrown away. Quite a shocking approach as even though they wouldn't let us take it away, you'd think they'd have something in place to give food to the shelters or homeless rather than throw perfectly good paid for food away. I like the food, I like the concept. Will I go back? Unfortunately not.

We were two individuals who dined at Kalibi on a Monday evening. The Korean BBQ experience was truly disappointing with a lack of variety in side dishes, and definitely not worth the price. Our server was a young girl who appeared very uncertain in her actions. The drinks were served warm, and instead of glasses, plastic cups were provided. The grill was not hot enough, but the server insisted on placing the meat on it. It did not sizzle, and we had to settle for "boiled" meat. The side dishes were very small portions, and you cannot order more of them, only more meat. We, as two people, received the same amount of side dishes as the individual sitting alone at the neighboring table. You cannot choose to add tips as 10% is automatically included, but it is far from deserved! I would prefer to settle for Korean BBQ elsewhere in London, even if it is not offered as a buffet. Do not come here!
