    Great Scott! The building is still there. I did a course called motadata in 1987 using the "latest DOS platform at the time. The system cost us thousands complete with the cutting edge Matrix printers using a forest of paper. Had to back up the system every night onto floppy discs. We thought we were the future!! What we did then can now be achieved on an entry level mobile phone. If only I'd had a Delorian then I could have saved thousands.

    having switched break fix providers to Kalamazoo, have been very impressed. It has been great also to work on collaborative innovation that will allow us to give new offerings to our customers that will deliver a great experience, the managed print service and idea to track engineers are certainly appealing. It is really easy working with the account management team of this company, nothing is too much trouble.

    I've been a customer of Kalamazoo under their former guise of ITS when they were part of Reynolds. They provided hardware break/fix support for our Lenovo laptops, as well a warranty repairs along with a "Hands on Site" service for our more geographically challenging sites, where it wasn't feasible for us to get internal staff there quickly. They've always been efficient and customer focused. The staff at Head Office that I've dealt with are really personable and take time to get to know you, so a visit to them isn't all business. I'm looking forward to working with them as Kalamazoo!
