website states "pay within xx hrs to receive tomorrow" what it should say is "by the way when you get to the check out spend another tenner to get it tomorrow" standard delivery does not state its doing to be more than 2 days. Please warn your customers next time they must choose next day delivery if the promise above is to be met. Also, answering your emails would help you a bit better along with some customer service training.

Very unsatisfactory service. Insisted on a bank transfer despite offering card payment until point of placing order. Didn't fulfill order as agreed and after numerous calls chasing, finally admitted a week later that they hadn't been able to source items I had been charged for. Refunded for the items but they didn't appreciate the inconvenience they had caused despite me suggesting I'd order the parts elsewhere as working to a tight turn around prior to their committing to fulfill.
