Lovely service - food was on time for collection, the shop was simple and clean. Unfortunately, food left a lot to be desired and did not match the brilliant reviews we had read. The teriyaki beef was chewy and bland; karaage chicken did not taste like karaage, more like normal battered chicken. The chicken croquettas were yummy, but there there was so sign of chicken inside. Kaiseki suchi combo was alright, but nothing special in terms of flavour. In comparison to other Japanese places in Nottingham, this is one of my least favourite places.

What an experience having the best Japanese cuisine we ever had. Kaiseki Arnold has significantly changed the way I thought about the Japanese food. It was so good that me and my wife finished in one sitting. Can't wait to order more takeaways from Kaiseki. Definitely recommended. Always nice to get a little frisky with the tangy and sweet sauces and the curry was no exception. Literal chef's kiss and there is no cap about it. The look, the taste, sauces and everything 5/5.

The katsu curry was very delicious. The chicken katsu I had was very crispy and the katsu sauce complemented the whole curry dish very well. I am so excited to try other dishes from the menu in the near future and will definitely recommend you to try Kaiseki.
