Excellent Buddhist centre so relaxing and calm, I can highly recommend. With the help i received I learnt get onto a cloud and be floating. Which I never thought was a possibility though it took me a number of classes to get my breathing right so don't give up.

Back when this property was bought through auction, they were all going on a retreat and asked me if I minded staying overnight for 2 weeks, and during that time I opened windows In the day and shut them and then slept there. Well,2 weird things happened to me and bear in mine the property was only just bought so was in the process of being refurbished but on one occasion, someone or something knocked on my wall of the room I was in 7 tines and the time was roughly 5.30am. It scared me. Its a lovely building and I would love to do an investigation to see if there are any lingering spirits still about. Again, lovely place and it looks so different now it's all been painted and stuff in which I did help in the beginning but if I am able to do an investigation then please let me know. Thank you.
