Shivani is a very kind and caring and helpful dentist that puts in a lot of time and effort. The dentist surgery also has fabulous admin staff. A nice place to get treated, they took me as a patient during the pandemic (NHS) when nobody else could.

DO NOT GO! I went there because I saw the good reviews but had THE WORST experience. From the dentist to the receptionist at the door.. The dentist was very rude. He was getting my dental xrays and my tongue bled because of the appliance he put inside my mouth. He made fun of me and became mad when I said it was hurting. At that point I knew I wasn’t going to continue with them. But when i was directed back to the reception, the receptionist tried to make me sign a contract showing a payment of £590 pounds, although I said i haven’t decided if i will take the treatment or not. She said I have to sign it ‘BECAUSE I SAW IT’..! Later I came to Turkey for treatment and my doctor said nothing similar to what he reccommended as treatment for me (£590 pounds). This is purely fraud. He reccommends unnecessary treatments just to get money!

Update: I left this practice as they refused to provide medically necessary scale and polish under the NHS, so I found another NHS dentist that does it within Central London Friendly and helpful team, from the receptionist, dentist and his assistant. Both appointments went smoothly thanks to Dr Manish who explains all procedures thoroughly. Edit: I had some discomfort after hygiene session, and asked if a quick question could be relayed to the dentist for reassurance that it was normal, but I was instead told to book an appointment that I will need to pay for
