Ordered through Deliveroo 28th April 2023 and it was delivered 45 minutes late. The latest it was supposed to be delivered by was 19:55. I called Kachina at 20:10 to enquire where it was I was told there was traffic and call back in 10 minutes if not arrived, I did explain that I was only 5 minutes drive away and I could see the road leading to my flat and there was no traffic. By 20:20 it had still not arrived so I called again and again I was told traffic. I again told the women I the phone how close I lived and there was no traffic but the woman again said there was traffic and then hung up on me. At 20:40 it still had not arrived so my boyfriend called kachina and again we were fobbed off! So Kachina has now lost my business and I will not be returning

I do tend to find the staff abit abrupt and the place is rather dated my husband likes this place but for same price you can go somewhere nicer like Shanghai 1814

This place has been up and down over the years, always tasty none the less but last night we went last minute on a whim and managed to get a table and the food was absolutely fantastic, they admitted to having a new chef and this was exactly what i wanted to hear the food came out hot, fresh, perfect sized portions the service was amazing I also love the new lady they have now as a waitress she is very bubbly, welcoming and it is nice to see the same faces! I'll definitely be back more often it was a lovely surprise to be that dam tasty 😋 see you soon! Sorry I didn't take any pictures as I was too busy enjoying it !

Order was wrong, squid dish tasted like week old bilge from a fishing boat. Whole order straight in the bin. Literal theft...a more disgusting chinese i have ever eaten. Not even a chinese...run by indians... Vile. Avoid. Beyond nasty... Was nearly sick just from tasting the squid.

Went here for a friend's birthday, we did all you can eat buffet, it was amazing, couldn't get enough, now a week later I still want more 😂, brilliant staff, friendly service, good food. Vegetarian options: It's chinese food, they have vegetarian options.
