unable to download tickets today (Tuesday) for the Maceo Plex event at Beams this Saturday. They claim that you should receive the tickets by email 7 days before which is not true. update: I have received my tickets however heavily reliant on email for ticket delivery. why have an account on kaboodle if we cannot download from there first?

Point blank refusing to send tickets. Person on the phone was really ignorant, aggressive and rude about it. I have a completely valid reason I requested needing the tickets. All I got was Policy yada yada. Will never use this horrible company again.
