Decent cooking but portions have gone tiny since we last visited - Tawa platter to share(£33) as seen in the pictures by the time time you add your drinks & popadoms & leave a tip you’re not getting change out of £50 not huge value as you’re into the same monies if you order off a similar Ale carte menu per se.

Brilliant atmosphere, small, great place for kids - food was great, tawa for 2 portions were large, food was hot and fresh and most importantly the service was great. Staff are ever so friendly and polite, tonight's waiters and waitresses were the best I've come across ever, special thank you to our waitress Fatima who was made sure we had everything we needed

Heavily overpriced restaurant. Tawa price itself is higher. The price of one extra nan is nearly £3 and one portion of chips is £2.80 which I think is highest price in the UK. Food and atmosphere is average. Didn't expect these prices in an area like Huddersfield otherwise would have never visited this place. Total rip off. I wouldn't advise this place to anyone.

AVOID!!! This place is hazardous, Zero rating, Disgusting food, filthy decor, appalling service, i waited 5mins where staf at the back just stared at me without any acknoledgement, i made my own way to table, this is the 2nd visit in the past few yrs, the previous time i walked out as there was a hair in the salad, stupid of me to give this place another chance, the food is horrible, tastless, the chicken korma is like vomit in a plate, do not expect traditional Pakistani cuisine, the tawa is nothing more than a gimmick, gajar halwa desert is horrendous, how can they mess this up so much, it is clear the food is not fresh, i wouldnt be surprised if they just make the curries in bulk and reheat over many days, i stayed up most of night with abnominal pains, and after nearly 24hrs stil present, feel like i want to vomit, words cannot describe my feeling presently, in my 30yr history of eating out this is by far the worst place, how is this place stil open? where are the food inspections when you need them? i am at a loss why so many people stil go here, overated, you are better off having a sandwich from the supermarket, i very rarely write reviews but i had to warn others, AVOID at all costs, this place is going to send people to the hospital,

A local favourite for curry and kebabs. When in the restaurant, they tend to serve their food on a tawa, which we found a bit unique at first. We find it a reliable option. Esp when guests need to be served and we aren't cooking and other options won't do.
