I bought a car from K4Karz but they could not find the manual and service history after a deal was made and assured me that they will mail everything to me in a month maximum. Today is 9 months since the purchase after multiple calls emails even travelling back to Birmingham to be given once again false promises I was never mailed what I paid for. The last discussion I had with the owner of the company he explained that my documents were given to a different person upon another car sale of a completely different vehicle. I don't know what kind of a business they are running since they can't even make a difference between their car documents. Never got a receipt and overall the worst experience possible.
