We had our roof fitted 9 years ago by K3, and were pleased with the job, Unfortunately 2weeks ago during a heavy storm the roof started to leak I managed to dig out the receipt and contacted them, There began the problem over a week of chasing them up being given wrong phone numbers, and promises of call backs, I finally got hold of Keven sho I was led to believe owned the company he promised he would call out On Saturday No phone call, No appearance. Luckily it hasn't really rained in the time I have been waiting but I couldn't take the chance of another storm so I bought some flashband and and rubber seal paint and fixed it myself. I wouldn't want to slag off the product after all its lasted 9 years with no problems but they do offer a 20 year guarantee so I would have expected the decency of a site visit or at the very least a phone call so if you are buying this product beware of the after sales service this company offer
