    One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I have an ongoing case with this company since December and I still haven’t found a solution for a luggage that BA ruined. They are refusing to find a luggage that matches the value of mine and they keep on offering me low budget options.

    Be aware of this company, it is a complete scam. My father's rigid Samsonite luggage was severely damaged during a BA flight. I filed the claim, the company took weeks to respond. They made everything possible to make the claim very difficult. They did not recognise the luggage by picture. They then asked to collect it but with a 12-hour window, which is basically impossible if somebody is working. After collection, they valued the luggage £159 assuming a depreciation of 20% per annum. Obviously, the valuation is entirely arbitrary as the replacement cost is clearly higher. When I accepted the £159, they called to revise the estimate again entirely arbitrarily to a £20. It took this company 5 months, 10-15 calls, 15+ emails and hours of time deployed to basically reduce the reimbursement to zero. I will have to buy a new Samsonite luggage entirely at my expenses. Thanks K2 and thanks BA for having such professional, efficient and fair providers.

    Appalling service, terrible communication with conflicting information provided. Only communication by email and very slow to respond plus never heard back from the same person. Sent a case in twice and both times came back unrepaired but different reasons given. Would not buy another Samsonite case as parts are not available despite the "lifetime guarantee". The case was purchased 3 years ago.

    My experience was very positive. My suitcase got banged up on a flight and got a reference for K2 Global. They arranged the pick up, repair, and drop off - everything went flawless. It took few days for them to contact me to arrange the pick up, but I had been warned by the airline they (K2) are swamped. It took ~1.5months end to end but could not be happier with the result. Thoughts about other reviews: 1. You should blame DHL for any delivery inconsistencies (ie losing a package) 2. Putting the suitcase in the bag is to prevent is being even _more_ scratched when being sent

    I would not trust this company again. I sent them a badly designed Samsonite Lite Locked case. It required new wheels. The wheels were of a faulty design. Instead of feeding back to Samsonite the fault with the design, they attempted to replace just two wheels, instead of 4. The replacement wheels would be of the exact same faulty design. We have three of these cases. The other cases have a totally different wheel design. When I was not happy with their solution I contacted the owner of the company. To say his replies were arrogant and borderline rude, would be an understatement. I had to contact Samsonite to complain about K2. Only via Samsonite did the situation get resolved. I would not trust this company to fix a pram. One month later they contacted me. Sadly Singapore Airlines damaged another case of mine. It was decided by the airline handling rep in Paris that the case is beyond repair. This bunch want me to put the case in a black bin liner, so DHL can pick it up and they want to repair it. Absolutely no chance. Any kind of damage could be done by putting it in a bin liner. This is an expensive Samsonite. Secondly, it was decided in Paris it could not be repaired. They want to repair it. After reading what they also do, offer their own brand which is inferior to Samsonite or make you a derisary offer on what is effectively a brand new case, I would never send anything to this company. This company is a joke. Fortunately, we are away and it's impossible to send them the case. Please don't trust this company to do any work on an expensive case.
