    I love training, particularly boxing, I am 68 years old and have been into fitness all my life. However, I was going stale, losing my enthusiasm and needed a big change up. Thank goodness for David and his excellent team of Pt's It is different to the norm and offers a great varied option of training. I am loving my training again.

    First of all K1 is like no other gym, the team at K1 are exceptional; from start to finish everyone who works here is fully on board to help everyone (and me) reach their goal. Meeting weekly with my personal trainer means I can tweak my routine to get optimised (visible) results. The one to one and group sessions are great for motivation and keep me on track, the sessions at the gym change often so you can never get bored. I have never felt so encouraged to stay fit. Huge thanks to everyone who works at K1, great to be a part of something from the start!

    I’ve been a member of a gym for over 20 years now and K1 far exceeds anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s more than just a place to go and exercise and you really feel like David and the rest of the team wants to help you achieve your goals - In the past few months I’ve made more progress than at any other time.... With its mix of small group training and classes you get to know both the team and the other members....it helps you feel part of the community and makes every session fun!! It’s incredibly well equipped yet doesn’t have the usual range of weights machines you find in commercial gyms....the end result is you actually work harder and have far more variety to your routine. I can’t recommend this place enough - go give it a go, I bet you will be converted just like me!

    Where do I start - this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect personal gym. Uncluttered, not intimidating and small groups makes for more personal interaction with the trainers. Specific injuries are catered for and exercises are tailored around these and you don't feel that your personal needs are ignored. The classes are intense for every level athlete, the workout combinations are diverse and fun (even when you're struggling to finish that last set!). My most favourite part of the week is my Rumble class with John!
