It would be Zero stars if possible. I unfortunately had a cambelt and dephaser fitted here and through their poor workmanship and refusal to warranty that poor work it has cost me their fee plus the fee of another garage to fix their work. AVOID !!

**EXCELLENT SERVICE** After visiting two different alignment shops with no success on getting the job done properly, I thought I would drop into K-Tec to see if they could align my pick up truck. After a conversation with the member of staff at reception, he managed to get the technicians to take a look at my truck there and then. Less than an hour later it’s driving absolutely spot on. Fantastic customer service and nice to have people that actually care about what they do and get the job done properly first time, even with something that isn’t what they would usually deal with! So so pleased they have sorted it and highly appreciated being shown through what had been adjusted with print outs, along with any questions happily answered. Will definitely be returning again if needed with the truck or my Renaultsport!

Recently I booked in my car to have a set of new coil overs and spacers fitted after talking to Nick we decided the best solution was BC Racing the car has never driven better and the stance looks so much better than it did before this is on top of several bits of work I've had done on the car I've always found the team at Ktec to be professional, well informed and friendly! Would always recommend to anyone who cares about their Renault sport!

I had some work done on my 200 which was absolutely fine and the service was good. But. When I dropped the car off, you walk round it to check for any damage or marks with them. After collecting I drove home to find a dent on the passenger side. Ktec denied any responsibility and when I pushed for it I was sent a video of a video from the security camera which obviously didn't show any detail. If you check damage on the way in but not on the way out then there is a massive gap for issues to arise. The car was parked such that I approached from the driver side. It cost me 900 to have it repaired and its left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I had planned to race in the clio cup in future but this experience has definitely ruled that out as well as my not returning. I've found a clio specialist I'm happy with now. I've learnt and I'm much more careful with garage's. To update in response to the questions, this happened in February 2020. I dealt with Adam, Dan, Stephen and the owner David.

Great service done by Steve from Ktec in Dubai. Had some work done on the sportscat, intercooler and ECU. Car is amazing now, big jump in bhps and a perfect increase in torque. Thanks K-Tec Racing for sparing Dr. STEVE 😊 and for Abdullah Al Ali for organizing all of this.

I had my 182 in with K-Tec this week and had a great experience. I booked in for a service and a few bits and pieces. The communication from Nick was excellent. I dropped the car off out of hours so they could work on it first thing. I got a call from Nick with a list of findings and recommendations of what needed doing. The work was completed and I picked up out of hours having paid. With the work completed its transformed the drive and feel of the car. I can't recommend K-Tec enough if you want honest knowledgeable people working on your car. It's a bit of a drive to get to them, but definitely worth it! Thanks, Richard
