Called them for book appointment and she said next week Thursday. So I called again tuesday to confirm and they said Thursday is fine. Now they said sorry we can’t come. Waited for more than week. Now even they don’t have any appointments aswell. Waoo its called Great service. Next time I’ll buy new fridge but never calling them again. Thanks for your great service.

Very poor service booked a engineer in for a weeks time. No contact or no show. When calling to find out what was going on I was told to go somewhere else. Very very poor customer service. And now my business is at a loss. Stay away
