I used this company, was very happy with the results and recommended to all of my neighbours, who now use them. However I was having new windows fitted and didn't want to pay to clean old windows so cancelled for one month. My new windows went in late so following time didn't want to pay to clean windows that had just gone in so asked them to clean my conservatory. On the day my conservatory was due to be cleaned my neighbour was cutting concrete slabs in his garden and dust was flying everywhere. So Ryan, the lad that was doing my conservatory and myself agreed not worth doing as the dust was just going to stick to my wet conservatory. I asked Ryan if I could rebook and he said Keith would be in touch which he wasn't. The next time they were in my road, and with me still needing conservatory done and now windows as well they had taken me off of their list which I thought was quite petty but I went to see Keith and asked him about my conservatory he said they were running 9 days late, strange they were doing all my neighbours on time. Its now been nearly another 2 months and I've heard nothing. If anyone can recommend a decent window cleaner please let me know. In the meantime I hope k and s maintenace enjoy all the business I generated in my road. Services: Glass & mirror cleaning, Rooftop/skylight cleaning
