Sorry to dent the vibe. Had a very poor experience just now. I visited the shop for my bike to be serviced. Owner said that he was very busy and was not taking any bikes. No problem so far. I explained that I am local and flexible: I could bring it in another time. I tried to draw him on when I could bring it in. Tomorrow? Next week? Six years next Tuesday? The answer was that he could not commit to any time at all. That is just nuts. It is basically saying that no bicycle repair business is being carried on. If the activity isn't being conducted, I can't give it more than one star. Sorry.

Great and fast service! I usually service bike by myself, but had a conitinious issue with the rear brake clogging with mud/water. They replaced the cables and installed extra rubber stoppers on exposed cable places. Hopefully will stay clean for longer! Also made a few free adjustments and showed nice tip for the shifting, thanks
