I rang up in the afternoon as the wind nearly took the window off its hinges. It was dangling over a road which isn't a pretty sight. It needed to be sorted asap and I was worried my flat was going to be freezing and wet over Christmas. To my surprise, Paul came straight over after he finished his last job and sorted out the problem effectively. He even recommended some energy efficient glass for the future as we lose a lot of heat through the old glazed windows. Very professional and highly recommendable. Cheers

Even though Paul has never seen anything like that in 20 years he managed to took it apart, find the right part to replace and managed to get it to work again. A rare find these days.
