I wanted to buy a Luton in Bournemouth, I’m 2h 40mins away. Called Kris at 9:45am. By 12:45, he had gone to test drive it and give it a general health check. He negotiated a better price on my behalf, having pointed out the existing issues to the seller. He sent me detailed pictures and description of all issues. He looked up the going price for similar vehicles and gave me his honest opinion. He is very reasonably priced. Kris has given me the confidence to buy the vehicle, which I desperately needed, having been had over before. He was friendly, polite and so so helpful. Wish we were local, he would be my mechanic no question!

Really good mechanic the first few times until he comes out to fix my car key lock. Quoted 60 for the key & 60 call out. £120 Fair enough Takes him longer than expected (2 hours) & argued to try and fleece me for £250. Then shouts when I won’t pay it. Unprofessional Paid him £120
