    Not overly impressed. I purchased 2 products online on the 26th March which the website stated were in stock. I received immediate notification that my order was processed and that my payment had been taken but I did not get any confirmation about the product being despatched. Due to the virus I left it a couple of weeks and then left a message on the answering machine 14th April with my phone number. This was ignored. I then spoke to someone on Monday 20th who advised that my order had been missed on the system and that it would be despatched. Again I received no notification that my order had been despatched. It finally arrived on Monday 21st April. A note of apology would have been nice within my parcel for the 4 week delay - but this did not happen.
