Bare in mind most Solictors work with the police to try make a settlement at court best way is to go with no comment I had mr khattak at my interview process and was trying to get me the nick which I didn’t like I’m still under bail with nfa both victim and I have agreed on terms to end it on good terms pls don’t use this firms. Worst solicitors I have ever come across, I have asked them to transfer files to a new solicitors and are refusing to do so. Crown court are even chasing them to get them to change my solicitor and have applied to court behind my back and going through it without my consent. Also when trying to stop this happening they put the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THESE.
