Unfortunately having been a customer for a number of years, I have decided not to use this company again. I rarely write online reviews but felt in this instance I had to. I have had an issue with a blind installed circa 2018 (not related to the company's initial installation). I was emailed the following "we have not done private work for many years, and we are not a maintenance company, we fit newly manufactured work and snag up to a period of 6 months from this date". It will be difficult to repair our broken blind without being able to replace the wall brackets used in the initial installation. So disappointing and I wanted to let other customers know my experience and also their response to an old customer.
