This company were used as my buyers solicitors and were quite simply appalling. Wont judge them on other work but if you unfortunate enough to have them on your chain I would insist on using different company. Delayed process by approx 8 weeks in total with awful communication with other solicitors waiting 2-3 weeks for replies. Had to bypass them to get the job done in the end. Rubbish

Absolute joke of a company the lady I'm buying off is using these and they take a life time to reply to emails and calls my lawyers have been chasing them for about 3 weeks still no reply they've even put me in the emails so I can see them being sent and haven't heard nothing at all even the company that put the property on the market are chasing and not hearing anything back my buyers are threatening to pull out over this! DO NOT USE THESE!!!!
