He literally saved me in the last minute, I had to booking the house removal late night for the next day but it wasn't a problem to him. He arrived in time and saved the day..i can't thank him enough! Highly recommended!!!

I have a chance to know Chris and luckily he was able to help me the last minute and everything went smoothly. I can not enough grateful he was able to send somebody in the last minutes and collect my stuff and I can be storage with him my stuff. And I can not even recommend them because they are the only ones I see they are using blanket and put carefully in the car the furniture and everything which Ian really rare thing. Best quality for sure. Highly recommend for them.

I was booked with another company to move locally. It was Anyvan and I (unfortunately) learned (the hard way) that the way they operate makes it easy to experience miscommunication, errors, failed collections and refused refunds for items listed and paid for but were not moved. So long story short, my sofa was not moved on my moving day. I was stuck. I found the number for Chris and explained my problem. He agreed to help me out and came to help me within two hours and he and Szabi moved my four seater sofa from a second floor flat to a first floor flat and let me chuck in anything else that was left behind. I was so grateful as I desperately needed my sofa to be sleep on as I waited for my new bed. Chris and Szabi were friendly, professional, and worked swiftly to get my sofa and other bits to the new location safely. I was initially anxious that moving my large sofa through a narrow hall would be difficult, but Chris told me it would not be a problem and he was right... You deserve the best for a smooth and successful move! It's the 2nd time we used their services to move home and if we moved in the future again, we would choose KLD without hesitation. We had moved house more than 5 times before and every time it was stressful and took us days to do so. Then I found KLD, that was the first time when moving went simply, safely and quickly, all for such a great price. We had lots of stuff to move but each item was handled as if it was their own belongings, nothing broke, nothing got scratched, no lost items just positive peace of mind throughout the moving time.
