Please do not buy from this firm. They offer 12 month warranty, however, they do not honour the warranty. We purchased a recliner suite and within 5 months had to have it replaced. The second suite arrived in April with a further 12 month warranty, unfortunately again manufacturing fault with this suite, we have tried since NOVEMBER 2014 to have Mr Kevin France put right the suite and fit for the purpose. Long and short being, he had our suite for over 3 weeks before Christmas and did not repair the suite. In fact upon its return further damage was caused to our suite. Mr France has done everything possible in ignoring this matter, only to have confirm that in the first instance he did not REPAIR the suite. If you are considering buying from this firm either privately or as a furniture supplier please think twice. If you have been unfortunate enough such as ourselves and have experienced the same problem please let us know. Would not ever recommend this firm or Mr KEVIN FRANCE.
