This company is a absolute joke I ordered a clutch cylinder and was assured it would be with me next day The next day I did have contact with a'lady' who tells me she was a director she informs me she hasn't sent the part out as promised and was contacting me to verify the part I requested stating the person who was arranging pick g the order and posting it was absent the day o ordered it (like I'm supposed to know)!!!!! After a shouting match she decides to cancel my order and doesn't offer any apology whatsoever .She then proceeds to tell me again she's a director that's fine but if she sat in her office and listened to a member of staff treating a customer they way she did im sure she would be concerned maybe not .....!! To finish I would say they do NOT do what they promise and when questioned as to why I was met with a torrid of abuse and ranting because she believed I didn't think she was management In my business it doesn't matter who they are where they are from everybody is treated with respect and courtesy Maybe it's different .down.south
