AMAZING! Love these people and have done for many years now. Used to live close by but don't any longer. Sent 3 x pairs of Christian Louboutin / Jimmy Choo etc. by courier as I had every confidence they'd be repaired well, and that I could pay without seeing them, and I was totally right. They all look fantastic! Such a brilliant refurbishment service. Very highly recommended!

Overall very satisfied with getting my boots re-heeled here. Thought the price was reasonable for London (£14.50). Only complaint is that a few minor scratches were left on the heels themselves, but I expect that this is very difficult to avoid doing with this task
