Absolutely disgraceful service. Tried collecting a parcel 20 minute early than the time on my slip due to seeing the UPS driver deliver my parcel and tell me it’s in store ready for collection. The unhelpful knob behind the counter doesn’t even bother looking just says it’s not arrived yet pointing at the time. I explain it’s here (as stated by the UPS driver) while standing next to the pile of parcels on the floor just delivered. After 2 trips in the shop and and half hour waiting outside with a baby in the car, being refused. my partner had to go in to collect as I was fuming. After stating she’s not leaving without the parcel within 5 minutes he pulls it out and gives it to her. Dreadful service.
