    I was clumsy and chipped and broke my opal in half, thankfully the team, especially Mark at K Bassam jewellers were able to speedily help. I had a new stone shaped from the museum in Brisbane where my husband brought my opal, and the team were then able to re set and roduim plate my ring to make it as good as new. So happy with the service and will definitely be in touch once I have decided on what to do with my 2 broken opal pieces.

    Took my white gold wishbone style wedding ring in today to be taken down a size and also had it rhodium plated along with my engagement ring, all this done in less than two hours whilst we went for a drink and a bite to eat on the high street. Absolutely thrilled with them, they look better than new and now my wedding ring fits snuggly and more comfortable. Fantastic customer service and will definitely visit again

    I had two pendants as gifts from my husband....wanted to wear them together...took the items into the shop. Explained how i wanted them to look...had a phone call from Tracy,they were ready. Went in and put them on.....went to do some shopping,by the time i got home they were all tangled up....went back to shop...and saw Tracy...said they would be ready...again went in.....Tracy said would i give them 15 mins...went to do some shopping,Tracy phoned to say she was sorry as they could not untangle the chains. Yet again went back to the shop Tracy told me that everyone had tried to untangle the chains. We came up with another idea....Didn't work either. I suggested another idea...that didn't work.For all the messing about i offered to pay on most occasions. Tracy said no....i said ill be bringing my chair down here soon!!!!!!!. I thought is somebody trying to tell me that i can't wear these pendants on my neck?. I really wanted to wear these together....so i had another idea(full of ideas i am) I had a silver bracelet which was a present....and yes you've guessed it i had the two pendants put on. I have to say that throughout all of this Tracy's customer service was second to none....she done her utmost to make me feel that i wasn't being a pest.Went and picked up my bracelet yesterday (10th June ) Tracy and i said that they look better on the bracelet. I shall be telling everyone i know....if your looking for customer service this is the place to go.A big thank you to Tracy. I for one will be back.
