I was wanting a quote for a shuttle for our wedding in may 2020 so we emailed, and rang them and never received a quote after the lady had said she would call us back. So on our third attempt we rang them and the same lady who answered was very rude and had an attitude, which has completely put us off from booking with this company.

What a pleasure to travel with this company, nothing was to much trouble not only from the first pick up from where we live but from Penrith to Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo.We stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Whitburn who also looked after us to a high standard with an excellent dinner and a superb breakfast on our departure the next day.Many thanks to all at K&B travel From Ken & Barbie (no relation)
