I purchased a group-on voucher and contacted the lady to book an appointment but she was super rude and didn’t speak like a professional should have. She refused to give me an appointment saying she asked groupon to take This off. She was very loud and speaking in an aggressive tone. Would not recommend at all if that is the treatment you receive prior to the appointment.

Nice staff but the colour turned out horrible. The hairdresses tried to convinced me it looks really nice - I've been getting very extpensive quotes from professional salons to have it fixed as it's so streaky and patchy. Hair smelled of bleach still after a few washes.
