    The dance instructor doesn't know how to dance...no basics like isolation or body control. She lacks the foundation to be a dancer let alone an instructor

    The customer service with this dance group is extremely poor. I was unable to attend a class due to strikes last week and asked only for a transfer to a different class instead. Hearing no response via email (and they have no phone number), I tried to attend this other class and explain my situation . They were having none of it, apparently there's no such thing as an extenuating circunstance and you just lose your money completely - no refund , no transfer. I won't be using this company again, they need to have better customer service. And perhaps invest in a phone!

    Despite having a small studio the people who run it really make it work. Such friendly and uplifting dance instructors and a packed schedule almost every month mean you have so much choice. Found them three years ago and am still going ever since :D

    Class was good but customer service poor. Disappointing to learn that despite circumstances around COVID over the last year and no live classes in their original location, they will stick to their pre-COVID policy for prepaid classes and their standard 3 months expiry. Wish that they would make an exception for COVID given unprecedented circumstances and the studio has moved 2 times during this period (not in the same area either). Customer service really sets businesses apart in these times and sad that they are not one of these businesses.
