Kevin and his team did a thorough job measuring the heat loss in each room and working out the size of ground source heat pump and increased size radiators we needed, and estimating the costs and savings we should achieve. After we accepted, his groundworks contractor dug 660 metres of 1 metre deep, 200mm wide trenches using a land drain machine, and covered them up with soil after. Then his team installed the pipework and vessels and pumps, and gave us all the documentation we needed to claim the RHI incentive. The cost was as estimated , and the system worked well from the start, a few minor niggles were sorted out very quickly by his team, and heat pump performance during winter (and other seasons) was very satisfactory, made more so by the increased price of energy. We are happy to recommend Kevin and his team.

We have two ground source heat pumps which have worked faultlessly for 10 years but one recently packed up. On contacting the original installer I found they had gone out of business and found K A Stripp Ltd with a google search. Their engineer arrived promptly at the agreed time, was Covid aware, extremely knowledgeable and competent and carried out the repair entirely to my satisfaction. Haven't had the bill yet but assuming it is in line with the price I was quoted then it is very reasonable. Very pleased to have found a local firm who are clearly very familiar with this somewhat unusual technology. Service: Heating system maintenance

Kevin and his team replaced my solid fuel heating system with a NIBE air source heat pump. From the initial quotation through to installation and commissioning they were professional and courteous. They were flexible in their approach and I now have a nice warm house. Kevin took time to explain how the system worked and took me through what I needed to do to claim the RHI payments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
