John took my gear box to pieces said it was the Solenoid charged me £60 said he would send me a quote.He didn't tell me he had left It in pieces Totally unusable I have phoned him several times over 3weeks left messages No reply went to the address on his Facebook He is not well!? Put it on your web page that your Business is not functioning !! My car is in bits on the floor of my car I can not drive it because the you have dismantled the gears..& I have paid £60 for it!!!!!

Jon was polite and friendly. After a few failed attempts at finding the problem in a garage and wasting a few new batteries, Jon diagnosed the faulty alternator and gave me a quote. He was happy to stick to this quote, despite suppliers making mistakes with parts, resulting in extra visits to fit parts. He also came out on a weekend day, which he wouldn’t normally work, in order to fix the car and let me drive to our holiday destination the same day. He was knowledgeable and very approachable.
