I was very impressed and content with the work James carried out. We needed windows replaced and the lock on our UPVc door was not working. He was quick to attend the property, to quote and to keep us updated. There was a short delay with getting the glass (because of the manufacturer not James) but he kept me updated throughout. awaiting outcome on ongoing work 3 stars for now, will update on completion Work very bad blew up all the electric. Once you pay them they don't want to know. All their work needs to be taken down some of already falling off and/warping, all needs to be stripped off and redone Will cost me far more money so will be taking legal action as they would even help. They are very friedly until things go wrong. They turn nasty.will not give you anything in writings including receipts even when you requested Stay away as the professionals who has seen their work, call cowboys. Do not use or have all in writing and protected. One days work turned into 12 months didn't last. Stay away people
