I initially contacted Jordan because my son expressed a keen interest in a snake (especially a Royal Python) but I found that there were very limited places that I could take him to get some hands on experience. After contacting JW royals explaining this, he offered kindly for us to visit. Jordan spent lots of time with us talking to my boy about ownership requirements feeding, housing, general care and of course he allowed him to handle different sizes of snakes. I’ve had snakes in the past and was a great refresher for me too. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and has a massive passion for his snakes. You could tell he wouldn’t let his snakes go to ‘just anyone’. He wants to ensure that his snakes are going to somebody who has the correct knowledge and environment for his snakes to go to. We shared our set up details etc and now have a beautiful mojave. We waited until Jordan was happy to let her come home (after several feeds etc) she was in absolutely beautiful condition, with a feed chart a lovely little travel bag and box along with the reassurance of that knowing Jordan’s support and expertise is alway there for us. She has settled in really well, eaten without hesitation, had a full shed and is happy to be handled/really friendly with the whole family.
